How many Takbiratul Ihram at Idul Fitri/Adha prayer and Basic at Night Takbiran 1 Syawwal ?

14 September 2009

Ied prayer is done by 7 times on the interpretation of the first cycles and 5 times in the second cycles.
This is based on:
From Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-Ash, he said: The Prophet SAW said, “when praying Id Takbir 7 times in the first cycles and in cycles 5 times a second.” (Reported by Ad-Daruquthni and al-Bayhaqi. See Saheeh Sunan Abu Daud and Saheeh Sunan Ibn Majah)

From Ayesha Ra, “Verily the Prophet Muhammad to interpretation in prayer and Iedul Fithri Iedul Adhaa seven times in the first cycles and five times in the second cycles.” (Abu Dawud, see Saheeh Sunan Abu Daud)

According to Imam Malik and the Al-Idul Prayer Auza’i not disunnahkan to read any remembrance of Takbir Takbir, because there are no details of the Prophet Muhammad is revealed. But Imam Abu Hanifa and Imam As-Shafi’i ra. menyunnahkan to read between the interpretation of dhikr with lafaz not specified.

Takbir Night
Takbiran Technically, there are several opinions of the scholars. Some opinions say that it was only takbir when will go pray ‘Idul Fithri. While other opinion says that bertakbir was done at night ‘Idul Fitr. Evidence of interpretation in the evening ‘Idul Fitri are verses of the Quran which states Surah Al-Baqarah: 185

In the interpretation of Al-Jami ‘Li Ahkamil Quran by Al-Qurtubi, mentioned that this verse has become the basis masyru’iyah (pensyariatan) takbiran Id at night, especially Idul Fitri. This paragraph menghitungan ordered to complete the month of Ramadan, and bertakbirlah. That is, interpretation is not starting from 1st Syawal, but since the end of Ramadan bulam. Because the moment that’s been known to perfect the month of Ramadan.
In the commentary, Al-Imam Ash-Shafi’i, vol saying: narrated from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, ‘Urwa and Abi Salamah that they bertakbir at night’ and bertahmid Idul. And Ibn Abbas said, “It was decided to Muslims to see the new moon of Shawwaal to bertakbir.”
A hadith of the brisk night with Recitations Lebaran, beads, seek forgiveness, and interpretation:
People who turn on the night ‘and INUL paul’ paul Adh-ha seriously not going to die on the day of his death the human heart (Reported by al-Tabari in al-Kabir and Al-Haithami in Majma ‘Zawaid).

Then in the surah Al-Baqarah: 185.
Thus the study of masyru’iyah interpretation of fiqh in the evening and Idul al-Adha. There is a difference of opinion among scholars, please you follow that you think the strongest evidence.

Duas on the sidelines of Sholat Tarawih

9 September 2009

READING lafadz peace or lafadzs read-between-cycles between cycles tarawih prayer has no basis in fact masyru’iyah of the Prophet Muhammad. Whether in the form of prayer, remembrance, or poetry commonly sung by the congregation, all of which have nothing to do with what is taught directly by the Prophet Muhammad and practiced by the Companions dear.
But we believe that it lafadzs actually have a good meaning, if you stand alone and are not packaged in a series tarawih prayer. Conducted by the Prophet Muhammad during a break like that just to rest, not directly up again for another prayer after the prayer twice each two cycles. In such interrupted his rest, according to the meaning of the word itself, which means tarawih prayer is a break. The point is prayer-prayer in which there is rest.
But until now we still have not got there sharih information (explicit) from the Qur’an and the authentic hadiths, which states that when the Prophet Muhammad said that chanting certain peace in congregation with bersahut-replication as is often we see today.

It’s good for those who have authority in conducting or coordinating the tarawih prayer, to not get lafadz-dilantunkannya this lafadz between tarawih prayer. As an action-ADZ saddan li dzari’ah lest ordinary people misunderstood, he thought it should have special readings between the cycles of the Prophet SAW tarawih.

This is where our real Muslims are required to learn seriously about our worship practices direct from the source to muktamad and faqih scholars in their fields. The more we bring people explore Islamic sciences, God willing, they will increasingly understand. As long as we provide facilities and opportunities for them in a way that is open.

And of course a good way to deliver this problem is not with the driver held a debate, or dialogue, which is less polite, or resort to offend our brothers to harass or vilify their ignorance. We do not need to throw accusations at each other as a heretic for our own brothers. Even if such practices are still often we find in society, know they do it because keawamannya. Absolutely not because of their intention to create an innovation-bd’ah itself. Therefore, we open the opportunity for them to come to teach, to learn more in sharia, browse the books, more broadly, to their knowledge and understanding of the Sunnah can be more stable.

Let us convey the goodness and truth by way of a good and true as well. May God the Almighty opened the guidance and align our intentions. Amen.

Imsakiyah

9 September 2009

Means al-Imsak is held. And the meaning of sharia shaum it is Imsak / restrain myself from all that break the fast, good eating, drinking, sexual and other relationships. The opposite of al-Imsak is ifthar, namely breaking the fast, either by eating, drinking or other things belonging to cancel.

Imsak that while the term is used for meaningful community pause a few minutes before entering the actual time Shubuh somewhat less precise. First, because the start time of fasting rather than a few minutes before Shubuh, but just as time Shubuh entered. Second, if you used the term Imsak, really did not mean that’s no longer allowed to eat and drink, but merely advised to no longer do so. But if they keep eating and drinking, nothing will ever destroy the validity of fasting.

And in the Qur’an has been explained in great detail about the early start of fasting, which is now dawn. The dawn in here does not mean the sun. For the dawn is the dawn is shodiq, namely the entry of Shubuh time. Meanwhile, it signifies the sunrise ending Shubuh time for prayer.
…. And eat and drink until the white thread of light to you from the black thread of the dawn. Then complete your fast till the night, they do not interfere with it, are you beri’tikaf in the mosque. That is the prohibition of Allah, so approach them. Thus God explains His verses to man, so they are cautious. (Surah Al-Baqarah: 187)

Eating and drinking in these verses are delivered in filil amr, which generally serves as a command. Although in the context of this verse pemboleh function only. But it was clearly mentioned that the skill is still valid until dawn, the entry of Shubuh time. There is absolutely no hint of the suggestion to stop eating and drinking some time before Shubuh. This means that there is no masyru’iyah for Imsak to itself. For eating and drinking are encouraged and allowed to remain until the entry of Shubuh time.
So that a Dr. yusuf al-Qaradawi said that a few minutes before imsak Shubuh time and materials permanently or continuously carried out, including deeds ghuluw. It means exaggerated in running religious. Because there is no basis suggests, let alone command its obligations. Especially since this issue has become Imsak iltibas (bias) in much the layman, so they think that fasting is not started when entering Shubuh time, but a few minutes before dawn ahead. If things like this left, might be a bad precedent in the future.
While it bersahur itself disunnahkan to do as close as possible to the time Shubuh. Even mentioned that it was competing with bersahur Shubuh time. So it was not known pattern berimsak few minutes before Shubuh permanently. So the so-so person stops eating and drinking a few minutes before Shubuh, but not why if you keep eating and drinking until the entry Shubuh time.

From Ibn `Abbas. He said: Prophet Muhammad has said: “We, the Prophet ordered to immediately break and to later dawn and we were ordered to lay down our right hand over his left hand when he was praying.” (Reported by Ibn Hibban)
From Anas ibn Malik and Zayd ibn Thabit ra. said: “We have shared meal Prophet then he got up to pray” Anas asked: What is the distance between adzan and dawn? Zaid said: “The size of (reading) fifty verses” (HR Bukhori and Muslim)
